Wow What a week!

We have had a busy week filled with runny noses, head colds, and ear infections! Monday came and there wasn't much going on. Mondays are usually low key for us. Whitnee and I stayed home all day she has been battling a head cold. I chalked it up to allergies.. well she had more then just that.. we will get to that when I talk about Thursday. :D

Tuesday Michaels mom came and got Whtinee so we hung out at home till then. When she left I ran around the house getting all of her "baby" toys and then disinfecting everything. At this point Whitnee was starting to get better. She wasn't coughing as much and her nose didn't seem to be running as much. So I was thinking we were on the upside of being sick :( wellll.. I was wrong 'cause of course Daddy came down with it. Michael's brother has been coming over on Tuesdays nights so Michael can have guy time. That and he really loves his bros, and since he got married he doesn't spend nearly as much time with them.

Wednesday I also spent doing house work. I ended up going into town and trying to find a dress for Whitnee. Why am I looking for a dress you might ask? Well she has been asked to be in a wedding next May. I'm sooo excited! She's going to be so so cute!! I was going to see if I could find a dress that was maybe cheaper then at the bridal store. Then after I went and did that it was time to get Hannah (my niece) she goes to AWANA with us. Well I had talked to Michaels mom during the day and she told me that Whitnee's nose had been running all day agian and it was green, soo I decided to get make her a doc appointment for Thursday. That night she went ot my moms house while we were at church. She so so so loves her MeMe and LaLa.. it's so sweet. It's the same way with her Grandma and Grandpa.

Now to Thursday. She woke up that morning and wasn't to bad but I figured I made the appoinment better go ahead and take her. Well thankfully I did 'cause she ended up having a double ear infection. :( Poor thing! Felt like a bad mommy! They doc said on a scale from 1-10 he rated them at a 5 so they weren't REALLY bad so that was good. I also asked him when they started having allergy problems and he said there 2nd year of being in the season.. so this would be perfect for Whitnee. I found that very interesting! So this spring could be horrable for her! Her daddy and I both have problems with allergies.

Friday was uneventfull as well, we went to dinner and then did some shopping for our youth night Sat night with the youth.

Sat we watched the HOG game.. they lost BUT it was such a good game considering we led the number 1 team in the nation the whole game until the end. I was sooo proud to be a razorback fan that day! Then that night we had Min to Win it game night with the youth grilled burgers and just had a great night! It was a blast!

That leaves us with today! :D We had church, then Whitnee and I came home took a nap then went to night church. That was all :D

All in all it was a GREAT week! If the hubby isn't better by thursday weather he likes it or not he is going to the doctors :D

Day One

Well it is day one of it being just Whitnee and I agian. It's been a pretty good day! I didn't get to bed at a decent time last night, my hubby was snoring like crazy last night! :D Sooo I was up till around 3. Then Whitnee got up at 7. Why I have no clue.. buuutt we did get a good 2 hour nap in this morning! It was really nice it had started raining so it made sleeping even better! It's been a kinda muggy day out as well.. I was thinking about us going to Hobby Lobby, to look at there Christmas stuff, they always have the best stuff! Then to look at how much a little wooden stool is. We went to a birthday party a couple of weekends ago and someone had made the little boy one and so I think I'm gonna make Whitnee one as well.

I've also made the decision to start doing Curves agian. I did it before Michael and I got married and LOVE LOVE LOVED it! It was such a nice thing to do and it be just me with a great group of women. Now we just have to wait for our money to come in so we can pay off some bills. Then we will be able to afford it a little easier. So on top of that I'm wanting to start eating better. I've got to really start eating breakfest.. it just doesn't happen around here. I'm going to start working on Whitnee and I eating better during the day and then the family eating better at night. I also want to stop eating after 8. My first goal is just 10 lbs! We will see..

One of Those Days

It's been a day where I feel defeated. The yucky weather is making the girls very cranky. To add to that Ellie isn't sleeping well. She is rolling her self over and freaking out while she is sleeping. So I go in there to get her and she just wants me to hold her. Well my princess wants me to hold her too. I just feel as if I'm not good enough. I clearly know that I'm doing my best but I still feel as if it's not good enough.

After today I only have tomorrow left with Ellie. I'm gonna miss her, but as I've said before I'm going to enjoy it being Whitnee and I agian. Whitnee and I are gonna go on an adventure to find a cheap umbrella stroller. We are taking a trip in Nov to see my dad and dont want to take the bit stroller with us. Something light weight and little will be great! I've found some on the enternet but they are still like $30 for one that I'm looking for. I'm sure we can find one cheaper.

God is also working on my hubby right now. We really aren't sure how or what but something is going on in that that great big wonderful heart of his! I think I've finnaly convenced him to go back to school! YAY! Go me! He's been wanting me to go but I've been trying to tell him his degree is soo more important then mine 'cause if God moves us to another church they will be looking for that piece of paper. He will be more likely to get into full time ministry if he does have that paper.

Labor Day Weekend 2010

Was a busy one! None the less a great one! Friday night we went out to Michaels parents house for dinner. Becca was here for the weekend so we call met up for supper. Then Sat brought shopping food and woo pig sooie! Becca, Whitnee and I went shopping for a birthday party Becca had to go to that afternoon. While Becca was at the party my family came over for a cook out. We had a great time! My brother who lives in Tulsa his wife Hannah were even able to come over. After they all left Whitnee went down for a nap and I was actually able to lay on the couch and take a little cat nap as well in preperation for soo hawg callen! Becca and I headed to the game around 3. The weather was AMAZING our woo pig soies were tuned up. I had such a great time at the game! I LOVE LOVE LOVE football! I think I love it more the most men do at times! We won the game 44-3. It was such a great first game. So the countdown to Sat begins. Sunday brought church and preperation for AWANA. I cleaned out the AWANA room and got it ready for the first club night. I'm excited about it. My goal is to be more active in keeping the room themed I guess would be the correct way to put it.. I want to celebrate birthdays this year and also any holidays that come our way. Kinda like what I would do if I was a teacher. Today (Monday) was the sad day! Becca went home! Michaels parents and brother ended up coming over and having lunch with us before Becca left. Yet agian a great time! I was how ever very proud of myself for not crying like a baby when she left. I really do miss her and didn't realize how much I did till she was here and left agian. I have to remind myself that it's a good thing! She is getting away from so many I guess "bad habits" that are here and starting a new life out there! Well that was our weekend in a nut shell. I'm soo not looking forward to Michael going back to work! I do only have 4 more days of watching Ellie. I will miss her when she is gone but I'm still 100% sure of my decision to just have it be me and Whitnee agian. I wont even have her all day on Friday 'cause she has a doctors appointment. Well it's night night time for me.. until next time..

Great day!

As I type this post I'm sitting outside enjoying the wonderful nature around me that God has provided! The wather today is soo amazing! It stormed last night and made the weather today int he 70's. I really dont think it could be any more prettier out today! I am also curretly childless. Whitnee is with Michaels parents her Grandma and Grandpa. When we decided that I would be able to stay home with Whitnee we they wanted to kepe her once a week, over night. At first Michael and I thought it was to much, but we actually REALLY enjoy it! It makes it so much easier on the days that I have Ellie and can devote all my attention to her! That and then at night Michael and I can try and go on a date.. as they don't come very often any more. :D Well today I dont even have Ellie. I feel out of place like I dont have anything to do. The house is actually clean.. I mean there are a couple of things that need to be picked up but nothing that'll take all day. So I thought I would blog... what I'm gonna blog about I dunno.. guess like every other blog I'll just type what's in my head :D LOL

So I'm stuck at home with no kids. Michaels sister Rebecca is in town and we thought we would ldet her use my car since I never go any where during the day with both girls. Well of all the times I dont have a car I can actually go do something. What I would do I dont know. LOL I think it would just be nice to get out of the house to even just walk around the mall. I'm so excited that Becca is here! I didn't realize how much I missed her till she got back. I missed our talks.. our random drives around.. and just knowing that she was here if I needed her.. or if she needed me.

Well tomorrow kicks off Razorback football. I'm soooo beyond ready for it! I live for this time of year :D LOL The weather, the game, the family get togeathers. It's really the best part of the year!
