Winter Wonderland... Not So Much

As I type up this blog we are surrounded by around 8 in of snow if not more. We have been snowed in since Tuesday the 1st. I'm so beyond sick of the snow! The snow is pretty but it's soo annoying! Michael has been home since Tuesday as well, and as much as I love him being home it's not been that fun. Whitnee was sick on Tuesday but the doc office was closed so we had to wait till Wednesday to take her, so Michael wasn't able to make it to work. I started feeling bad Tuesday afternoon, and then in the middle of the night Michael was sick as well. So here were are stuck at home and should be able to hang out and have fun and we are both sick and trying to take care of a Whitnee. Well thankfully it was only a couple of day thing. We are both on the mend. I had some kinda sinus juck so we went out to go shopping and got a Netty Pot... I will say it's the best thing EVER! I feel sooo much better when I use one! Back to the weather.. thankfully the sun is out in full force today so some of the snow will melt but just in time to get more tomorrow, and then get more later on this week. I'm so read for Spring. You know it's one thing to staying at home with Whitnee when I have the option to go somewhere, but not being to get up and go when ever I want is driving me and Whitnee insaine! I'm so ready to be able to go to the park and let her run off some of her engergy. Oh yeah on the plus side to being sick I've lost 4 lbs. LOL I pray that after this week the snow will be gone for good! I need some sunshine time as well!

There's really not any big news going on around here other then that... oh and the fact that my brother and his wife are prego! They have been trying FOREVER and it finally stuck! YAY!! They are going to be AMAZING parents! I can't wait to hold there little bundle of joy!! I know first hand out awesome it is to have a little one and I look forward to seeing them enjoy that great experiance.

Busy as a Bee

The end of last week was good. We ended up getting snow on Thursday so Michael got a day off! It was great! We finished painting the kitchen. It looks amazing! My sister spent Wednesday thru Fri at my house since my mom had the flu, and she didn't want to take a chance it getting it. On Thursday we went and got my niece Hannah since they didn't have school on Fri. She spent the whole weekend with us. On Friday after Brittany and Michael got off work we went to Tulsa to stay at my brother Michaels house. He had been in Hawaii for work.... I know what you are thinking what a hard job he has. :D Well Hannah didn't know when he was going to be home so he wanted to suprise her. It worked out well. We went up there and she had no clue. She thought it was only Angie who was going to be there, the door bell rang, Hannah went and answered it and there Michael was. It worked out great! Well Saturday we went and saw my Grandpa. We had planned on going to see them and then he ended up in the hospital. They pulled 13lbs of fluid from around his heart! He is now in Tulsa due to his heart not pumping correctly. They are going to reset his defibulator.. or how ever you spell it. Sunday was a low key day, I wasn't feeling very well so I stayed home from church. When I took Hannah home Whitnee and I went and saw my mom. She is finally feeling better and said the flu that's going around is nasty stuff. We even went back over there on Monday night to have a family dinner. I sure do love my family, we are such a laid back group of people.

Today is a bitte sweet day for me... my brothers wife's sister had a sweet little girl a year ago today, she only graced us with her amazing spirt for 210 days. Today she would have been one. I have given Whitnee extra loving and kisses today even though she didn't really want them. I can't imagine the pain that Krystal is going through today. My heart breaks for her, but at the same time it rejoces in knowing that she is having the best party in Heaven with THE Creator. One day we will all see her agian, and she will not be in any kinda pain, and will be so excited to see us there. I'm living my life differently due to knowing her even though she was only with us for a short time. She taught so many people so many different things! She was such a doll face!! She will be missed!

Been A While

It's been a while since I've had a chance to blog. The poor Princess has been since, still not 100% better. She has an ear infection the doc said we caught it just in time. Soo your ear is suppose to look grey, well Whitnee's was pink, and it can get as bad as orange... eww!! So we are taking the pink bubble gum meds for that. Then she also has a cold so that bring a runny nose and a horrid cough. So we are taking Zertek for that. So I LOVE our doc he is one of the 3 we see. He just doesn't check her he tells us what he's doing. Whitnee thinks she needs to bang on the key board so here she goes.... n , .........................................., njjbn all done she is bored with it now well unless mommy starts to type LOL So it's been rather busy or well I'll say crazy at our house! She is getting better though.

So at what age can a kid start talking back because I'm pretty sure Whitnee has started at 7months. The other day she was getting into the tree and daddy said "Whitnee no ma'am" well Whitnee decided she needed to sit down tuck her head and look at her daddy and start going "grrrrrrgrrrrgrr" well this goes agian a 2nd time. I'm laughing so hard at that point I said geez I'm pretty sure she is talking back to you. It was the best thing ever! That girl is going to give is the run around one day. Dear Jesus please give us the wisdom to deal with it.

Christmas went well. It was a white one YAY!! We stayed out at Michaels parents house. Had a blast. This weekend will be a busy one. Thursday night we will spend the night at Michaels parents house again. Fri morning his Gma and 2 Aunts from MO are going to be in town to do Christmas with them. We weren't able to do it with them on Christmas day thanks to the snow. Then i'm not 100% sure what we will do Fri night. Maybe nothing, Sat during the day it'll be a veg day then off to my moms for Christmas and Twyla is going to make us breakfast YUMMY! We get to do Christmas with them and watch our Razorbacks play! I hope they bring it!

Hmm I think that's all for now. Whitnee still only has 2 teeth no news ones as of yet. :D Still wont let me take a pic. Little stinker! Speaking of pics Michael got me a new camera for Christmas YAY! More reason to figure out how to put pics on here.
