My Daddy

So my dad is going to be here in almost a week and I couldn't be more excited! For those of you who dont know my dad is in Las Vegas, he has lived there for umm I think 8 years now. The last time I saw him was last fathers day when he came to do Whitnee's dedication. My dad comeing is a very bitter sweet thing 'casue I know that at some point he will leave to go back home and that's always such a hard thing for me! I miss having him close! It is very nice to get to talk to him but it's soo much nicer to have him close. Ne who on a better note, he is bring a lady friend with him, and I couldn't be more excited about it! I'm so happy that is has found someone to love and possably even share the rest of his life with. I look forward to meeting her and making sure she is ok and lucky enough to have my dad. :D Not that I'm worried he is a smart man. While my dad is here he will be staying at the house with us so that should be fun! I'm looking foward to the time that Whitnee will get to spend with him, and for him to see how much she has changed. So I say all that to say next week and weekend are going to be great! I can't belive that Whitnee is already going to be one! I was wrapping some of her presents today and I guess it just hit me, did I cry? NO but it just amazes me 'casue it's soo close and the year went by so fast! Then the 9th will come and my dad will have to go home and I'll be sad. So bitter sweet! OOO how I love my daddy and miss him so much!

Week Two

Week two of staying home with Whitnee was another good week. The weeks are actually going by so fast. Nothing really major to report. I got her invitations sent out for her birthday! Seems soo crazy!

I'm sooo excited 'cause my dad will be here on the 6th, and I'm looking forward to see him. He is bringing his "girlfriend" to. :D He's so funny 'cause he called to make sure I was ok with it.. hello dad you are 50 yrs old I can't tell you no. :D I was more worried about how she would feel staying in the same house as his daughter son in law and granddaughter, but she seems to be fine with it. So I'm looking foward to getting to meet her.

Hmm I really dont know what to say.. just felt like I needed to blog.. guess that's all I needed to say. :D Goodnight all

Happy Birthday Hubby!

Today is Michael's birthday, so here is a little blog just for him! He turned 32 this year. :D Him and I are going to Abuelos for dinner and then going to come home for cake and have some people over to hang out. It should be fun!

I love my hubby!! I'm so lucky to have him in my life!

Week One

Has been fantastic! This post my repeat some of the things I posted in the last post but oh well. :D I have REALLY enjoyed being home with the Whitnee. She has been such a goob! She loves when I tickle her. She loves when I ask to smell her feet she then in turn makes the cutest face when she smells then. I'll do everything I can to get a pic of it for ya'll. Being with her so much I've started to understand some of the words she is saying. She says bah bah most of the time when she wants her bottle. Of course there is still mama. Another thing she is doing is you will ask here where's the light and she will look up at the cealing and say ugh and sometimes even point. It's super cute! She has how ever started getting upset when I leave the room.. seperation anxiety is NO fun! I will then holler at her and she will ususally follow me. She has also started playing in her room by herself. It's so cute! I'll go in there everyonce and a while to check on her and she's just playing away. Guess I should move some of her toys back in there! That'll be GREAT 'cause we are running out of room in the living room. :D So it's soo hard for me to belive that she is almost one! I've GOT to get on the sending out the invitations! That'll be my project this week, making a list of everyone to invite and sending out the invitations. She is getting big way to fast!

So today we went out to go shopping for Michaels birthday that is tomorrow, and it amazes me how good she is when we are out. I always hear the screaming babies and pray that Whitnee is never like that. She LOVES to be out and about, and it makes it soo much easier on me! It does crack me up how much attention she gets. I can't tell you how many people saw her and said "oo look at that blonde blonde hair" or "aww look at that sweet baby she is so cute". It does make me very proud! It like they are in turn complementing me. :D haha

Well this week was really nice! I enjoyed getting out and walking! Maybe I can loose some weight now! We shall see. I've always struggled with my weight so I'm sure it's not going to be easy.

Well I must get some house work done so I can go to bed. :D

Day One and Day 2

Day one staying at home was not so bad. Whitnee and I had it out once 'cause she didn't want to take a nap, but then she finally gave up and took a nap. We had a really good walk with my friend down the road, her lil boy and girl. It was very nice! The weather has been fantastic! I'm so thankfull that she lives just down the road and that we can hang out when ever. It's so easy to hang out with her, no drama and just relaxing.

Day two was much better Whitnee took two hour and a half naps! It was really nice, I was also able to get stuff done around the house! She does how ever tear the living room up in a matter of seconds :D

Tomorrow we are going to go to lunch with my mom, we are going to try and make it a weekly thing and I'm really excited about that! I can only pray that Whitnee and I have as good of a relationship that my mom and I have. I'm so lucky to have her in my life!

Well Whitnee will be a year old in a couple of weeks, I can't believe it! She has been talking more and more the last couple of days she jabbers ALL the time! I've really got to kick it into high gear as far as getting stuff for her party and getting invitations sent out.

So it's official..

I'm a stay at home mommy. Today was my last day at work, leaving with out crying was the hardest thing to do! There was so many emotions, sadness, happiness, fear. Sadness becuase I LOVE the poeple I work with and I LOVED my job! Happiness 'cause I can be home and enjoy the Princess and experiance everything she does first hand. Happiness 'cause I can start school agian. Then fear just 'cause of the unknown, not having any plans for Monday, getting out of my routine, my comfort zone. Fear of what if. I must trust that God knows what's going to happen. God knows that we wil make it through the hard times that I'm sure will come. God knows everything. I know have to really trust him and trust that he really does know and that I dont, I am in His hands.

So on to Whitnee, I lied on her teeth update.. actually both of her top teeth are coming in. I love it! I also love how in the mornings she has been SUPER cuddly! It's been sooo nice! I soo look forward to those moments to come!

Well I think that's enough for now.. look forward to updated everyone on how my first week at home goes. We will see... :D

Last week has started...

So my last week at work has begun. It's not even a full work week either since I'm not working full days. It's soo crazy that it's here. I'm so excited though. It is however really starting to him me. I LOVE the people that I work with so it's kinda of sad that I wont be seeing them every day. I am however looking forward to the time I get to spend with my princess! I looking forward to seeing all the things she starts learning, and being able to experience them first hand.

So my goal this week when I"m working half days is to 1 get the house REALLY clean so I just have to mantain and then 2 get re enrolled in school. I think I'll go do that tomorrow after work. I didn't feel like going up there today.. was on a mission to get home and get some stuff done.

I am really looking forward to getting back in school.. that is if school is paid for. I'm praying that God will allow school to be paid for. I would be ok with just having to pay for my books. God is an amazing God so he may blow my mind away.

Well our easter weekend was a very full one. Was very nice though. Michael cousin had a party that we went to and Whitnee got to meet the Easter bunny, and she wasn't scared of him. She was very cute in her Easter dress too. I will now leave you with some pictures of this weekend.
