Busy as a Bee

The end of last week was good. We ended up getting snow on Thursday so Michael got a day off! It was great! We finished painting the kitchen. It looks amazing! My sister spent Wednesday thru Fri at my house since my mom had the flu, and she didn't want to take a chance it getting it. On Thursday we went and got my niece Hannah since they didn't have school on Fri. She spent the whole weekend with us. On Friday after Brittany and Michael got off work we went to Tulsa to stay at my brother Michaels house. He had been in Hawaii for work.... I know what you are thinking what a hard job he has. :D Well Hannah didn't know when he was going to be home so he wanted to suprise her. It worked out well. We went up there and she had no clue. She thought it was only Angie who was going to be there, the door bell rang, Hannah went and answered it and there Michael was. It worked out great! Well Saturday we went and saw my Grandpa. We had planned on going to see them and then he ended up in the hospital. They pulled 13lbs of fluid from around his heart! He is now in Tulsa due to his heart not pumping correctly. They are going to reset his defibulator.. or how ever you spell it. Sunday was a low key day, I wasn't feeling very well so I stayed home from church. When I took Hannah home Whitnee and I went and saw my mom. She is finally feeling better and said the flu that's going around is nasty stuff. We even went back over there on Monday night to have a family dinner. I sure do love my family, we are such a laid back group of people.

Today is a bitte sweet day for me... my brothers wife's sister had a sweet little girl a year ago today, she only graced us with her amazing spirt for 210 days. Today she would have been one. I have given Whitnee extra loving and kisses today even though she didn't really want them. I can't imagine the pain that Krystal is going through today. My heart breaks for her, but at the same time it rejoces in knowing that she is having the best party in Heaven with THE Creator. One day we will all see her agian, and she will not be in any kinda pain, and will be so excited to see us there. I'm living my life differently due to knowing her even though she was only with us for a short time. She taught so many people so many different things! She was such a doll face!! She will be missed!

Great Weekend...Must Monday Come?

Well we had a very good weekend! I will start where I left off on my last blog.

FRIDAY

Friday Michaels mom came and got Whitnee since she wasn't able to get her on Tuesday. I'm really thankful that they are able to keep her once a week. It gives mommy some time to clean, or just sit in silence if she so chooses. More importantly it gives mommy and daddy a chance to go on a date, or even just sit at home and enjoy each others company. Well Friday we went on a date. I'm so thankful that I have an amazing hubby who wants to take me out and show me off. He's such an amazing man and such an amazing supporter! He works so hard! We ended up going to dinner and then a movie. It was a blast to show off my hubby! I'm so glad he is mine!

SATURDAY

Cleaning day! Since I didn't have the princess I cleaned our bedroom and Whitnee's bedroom. I actually got all of my laundry done! Laundry is one of the things that I just do not enjoy doing! Well I dont mind doing it it's the putting it up part that is no fun!! It usually gets put in pile of clean in the floor. Well I got it all done! Michael was very impressed heck I even organized my shoes! WOW! I did deep cleaning in Whitnee's room. I ended up taking her bumper off of her bed in hopes that it'll keep her from climbing out. She hasn't started yet but I'm hoping that'll prolong it a litte more. Oh yeah something I forgot to mention about our date on Friday was we went paint shopping! YAY! I'm so ready to paint our house, I think painting the house will make it feel more like a home. I can't wait!

SUNDAY

I feel as if my Sunday posts are always the same. Church. Why well becuase that what our Sunday is. I think everone's Sunday should be church. It always starts me week off on the right foot! I'm so thankful for all the people in our church who love not only Michael and I but love our Princess as well! There are some great people in our lives!

MONDAY

This was a busy day! Kids didn't have school and Hailey came over, she actually spent the night with us Sunday night. Whitnee loves her so much! It was funny to watch them play. When Whitnee wanted Hailey to play Hailey didnt want to play but when Hailey wanted to play Whitnee didn't want to play. It was all kinda fun! I felt like I had two kids and was playing refere all day. It was fun! Shows me what I have to look forward to.

TUESDAY

Well so far so good! Whitnee is napping and I get to work out in a little bit. It's been a week since I joined Weight Watchers and so far so good. The weekends are just the hardest! I've just got to keep up with it and watch what I eat. I just love food so much and the good food is expensive so that makes it hard. Micahels mom will be picking up Whitnee later and then I think I'll call the hubby and see if he wants to meet at the store to buy paint and hopefully we can paint the kitchen and living room tonight! YAY!! I love to paint!

Thursday thru Sunday

Lets see Thursday and Friday were pretty laid back days. Whitnee has started talking more and more in the last little bit. Her personalitly has just shown through so much here recently. Our days have been so much fun! She REALLY enjoys playing with her doll house and her puzzles, that her Grandpa got her. Her fav thing is to take all the pieces out and just lay them on the floor. That is what we do most days at least.

Saturday Michael had off! YAY I really do enjoy the Saturdays that he doesn't have to work. Granted when he does work he gets off at 1 but it still seems like it doesn't have a day off. We had a lazy day at home it was really nice. I actually broke out my griddle that I got for Christmas and made pancakes. There were pretty yummy! I was very impressed with my skills! I'm usually not good with stuff like that but I actually did pretty good! That night I even made hamburgers, yet agian very impressed with my skills! I'm becoming more and more of a housewife the longer stay home! Now if I can just convince myself to make sure the house is perfectly clean every day. :D

Now to today, Sunday, as I sit in my warm living room typing this it's SNOWING YAY! I LOVE LOVE LOVE the snow but HATE HATE HATE the cold. Doesn't make much sense I know but hey what can I say. I really hope that the next couple of days it snows so much. We had our usual fun filled day at church. I do Sunday school for the 1 yr olds to the 4 yr old I curently only have 3 kids in my calls Whitnee is 20 month and then 2 other boys one is 2 and the other is 3. Well I asked the two yr old what a train said and he put his hand to his mouth and said "all abroard" it was the cutest thing ever! Speaking of Whitnee bieng 20 months old she is 2 months old today and I can't believe it! Where did the time go? In a little under 4 months I will be planning her 2nd birthday! REALLY? Already? I remember growing up and everyone saying I'm growing so fast and me thinking they are crazy, well now I so understand and now where they were coming from! That and I never thought I could love someone so much! I'm also going through the stage of thinkig I'm ready for another one! Whitnee is able to communicate better and she will be such an amazing big sister! She's already such a big help! So here's to May when we start trying agian. Kinda scared of the thougt of being home with both of them but hey it'll be fun I'm sure.

Long Couple of Days

Well Monday has come and gone. We took Becca to the airport that night, did I cry? Yes... LOL I tried to hold it in but couldn't. Boo LOL What was funny was that Hannah was with her and she asked "why are you crying" LOL I told her 'cuase Becca was going to be gone for like forever. I sure will miss her! Not sure yet when she will be back. She said that waiting to May when Whitnee turns 2 is to long. I will however say that Whitnee is enjoying things being back to normal. When she woke up yesterday she for any one like she usaully does. Not even daddy. She did say Hannah do it, when she wanted her shoe tied but I told her that Hannah was at school, ad she just moved on and said Momma do it. We had a great time Monday just haning out. She was in such a good mood. We played and played and then she took her normal nap with out any fuss. Michaels mom came and got her around 3 and then I went and got my nails done. I REALLY enjoy getting them done. They make me "feel" good about my self. Then we went to my brothers house to watch the Hogs play in the sugar bowl. It was a well faught game but we lost. I fell so bad for our QB cause he threw and interception to end the game, and he is getting all the flack for us loosing the game. There were some AMAZING passes that he did that the recievers never caught. So it wasn't just his bad. That and the coach was the one that called the play when I think we should have run the ball. But it's whatever it's over and done with.

So I'm really debating on joining Weight Watchers. Everything I have tried to loose weight just isn't working so maybe this will help. We shall see. I will keep you posted.

Friday Thru Sunday

So we will start with Friday. Where I left off. :D Fri Michael had the day off work. It was the best thing ever! I so enjoy the time he gets to be home with Whitnee and I. I think Whitnee does as well. She gets to play with her Daddy all day. She really enjoys it! Spoils her Daddy hard core! We ended up going to out to Michaels parents house to spend a little time with them and Michaels sister. She is in from San Franciso. That and we wanted to spend time with his parents for New Years Eve since we wouldn't be out there that night. We ended up having Stevie, Brian, my sister, and her boyfriend over and had yummy food, drinks, and board games. We had an absolute blast hanging out with everyone. Got my New Years Kiss from my amazing hubby!

Well Sat was a fun filled day! We went to Michaels Grandma's house in Mount Vernon to do Christmas with them. We all got spoiled hard core by everyone! Whitnee did really good! I think the cutest thing was watching Michaels Aunt Tish's new puppy following Whitnee. It was a 5 month old yorkie so they were like the perfect size for each other! LOVED it! Makes me realize more that Whitnee needs a puppy!

Today was the usually Church.

Tomorrow is the sad day! Becca goes back home. I'm really not looking forward to telling her goodbye!! Pretty sure I'm going to cry this time! Last time I was able to hold it togeather but I'm not sure if I can do it this time. We shall see and I'll let you know. :D
