Home Sweet Home

Well I am home now! I had a fantastic trip to Vegas. Had an amazing time visiting with my dad, Tiffany, and her two girls. It was a blast. Here are a few pics from my trip.

This was Eden, Me, Dad, and Tiffany at the Spasmatics concert. It was soo much fun! They are an 80's tribute band and I was soo impressed with how many 80's songs I knew! :D Then I was impressed that this white girl kicked off here heals and dance for a good hour hour and a half! Go me!!

Tiffany, Desi, and I went walking on this strip, and look who we found the coca-cola bear! He was kind enough to let us get a picture with him.
Last but not least is the pic of my dad napping before the Lion King started. He said he was napping before it started that away he stayed awake when it was on. LOL The show was absolutly amazing! My dad and I both enjoyed it very much!

Vegas

Well my Vegas trip is almost over. It was been a complete blast! I've enjoyed every bit of it! It's been a fun filled packed week. I guess I'll start at the top..

Thursday, I got it around 10 so my dad and Tiffany picked me up at the airport and we went to dinner then just went home and went to bed.

Fri we did a golf tournament benifit thing. It was actually really interesting. It was for this officer who was the first officer to die in the line of duty in 20 years. Well the lady who had put it all togeather is raising money to make a kids camp called Henry's Place. It was her husband that had died. My dad knows her really well so we helped out with that. Then we went home got some rest, freshened up and wen't over to this couples house that has become really close to my dad. We had an amazing dinner there, and some really nice fellowship. We then wen't to a place called Pete's where they have dueling pianos so that was fun!

Saturday we went Dawn's house, that's the lady who was married to Henry, the police officer. Hung out there most of the day played darts, Tiffany beat dad and I very bad! I'm not very good at darts. :D We then played pool and umm I think the game was corn hole.. not sure but it was REALLY fun! Something that'll be fun to play at home. That night we went and say an 80's tribute band called the Spasmatics, that was sooo much fun! I was really impressed with how many 80's songs I knew! And hey this white girl danced her little heart out! It was a blast!

Sunday was church, then we went and picked up Tiffany's little girl Desi and I got to meet her, she is super sweet! She's so funny to! We have had a blast playing! Then we were gonna try and got see the show Grease but it was sold out! That was a bummer, but that's ok 'cause then we came back to Tiffany's place and all hung out and had supper, got to hang with Shannon Tiffany's oldest. I really like her! I could see her and I having a good relationship of God will allow that to happen with us living so far apart. She is an amazing young woman! Shannon and I ended up staying up late and watching The Hangover, I hadn't seen it yet, it was really good, and really funny!

Monday Tiffany and I went to lunch then went and picked Desi up then we ran around so I could get some presents for certian people in my life. :D Then we came back to Tiffany's had dinner and then watched the Batchlorette. Monday was our lame day.. hahaha.. very low key. :D

So that leaves me with today, Tuesday. Today Tiffany and I met up with dad to try and make a hospital visit but that didn't work out so we decided to check Desi out of school early so we could go walk the strip. We went to the knew hotel and then went to the Billagio (or how ever you spell it) to check ot there flower thing that they always have. So that was fun. We then went to the M & M and coke store. I was able to buy some more people in my life some presents. :D

Tomorrow the plan is to help dad put some stuff on Craigs list and then dad and I are going to go to see the Lion King! I'm sooo stinking excited about that! It's going to be soo amaizng!

Then Thursday I will leave and head home. I'm ready to be there with my princess I have missed her! I have missed the hubby to.. looking forward to seeing, hugging, and kissing both of them.

Outside my window.... is a dark nice night
I am thinking....that I have a lot to do tomorrow to get ready for my trip to Vegas, and trying to figure out what to do to my hair
I am thankful for...my hubby for letting me go to Vegas to spend time with my dad and him keeping Whitnee
From the kitchen....there is a bright light from my coffee pot
I am wearing... shorts, yes shorts, I dont ever wear shorts 'cause I dont feel comfy in them and a stripped tshirt
I am creating....a list of things that need to be done tomorrw
I am going....To Vegas baby!
I am reading...The last Harry Potter book
I am hoping...that everything will be fine while I'm gone this week
I am hearing...the tv
Around the house....it's actually fairly clean! YAY!
One of my favorite things...is listening to Micheal and Whitnee play, she LOVES being with her daddy and laughes at him all the time!
A few plans for the rest of the week...pack for Vegas, get hair cut, spend Thursday loving and kissing on Whitnee before I leave.

A Real Post.. :D

Soo I guess we will start with Whitnee's birthday part, and birthday.

We had her princess party on May 8th. I was so blessed seeing how many people came to show there love for our Princess. Our yard was full with cars! Amazing to see how many people Whitnee has touched. Well that brings me to her actual birthday, and mothers day. Whitnee turned one on the 9th. She is so big! My mothers day was really good, got to spend it with my dad and his girlfriend. They came in town for Whitnee's birthday. It was really nice getting to spend the time with them! That brings me to my next thought.. I'm going on a vaca to Vegas!! YAY!! I get to spend some more time with my dad. I am however going to miss my princess, and my hubby! But I've got to take a vaca before I start watching Ellie. Gonna go and spend a week there It's going to be so much fun!

Speaking of Ellie, I'm starting to get really scared about watching her. Whitnee has become really clingy to her mommy and seeing me with another baby she gets upset. I know I know what is she going to do when you have another one? I just hate for her to think that I dont want to hold her. Soo keep me in your prayers in a couple of weeks 'cause it's going to be a ruff one. I'm also afraid that I wont be able to handle it and then what do I do? I can't tell Ami and Guy hey by the way you need to find a daycare. I would be to afraid that it would mess with our friendship. Soo I'm praying that it's all an easy transition.

Well it's rained all stinking week and that makes it a LOOONG week when you have a little one that LOVES being outside! Thankfully we will have a sunny day tomorrow, I see a lot of tomorrow being spent outside. That is after we do our running around.

Well off to shower and then to bed. Night all

Birthday Party

Whitnee's first birthday was amazing! There were so many people there that blessed Whitnee with many gifts. We really are blessed by all the people that love her! I had a blast with my dad and his girlfriend, she is a very nice woman, and my dad is truely blessed to have her in his life.

Here is a pic of her and her amazing outfit. I'm hoping to get some really good pics of her taken soon, i'm hopen she will start to walk before then. :D LOL We will just wait and see

The Princess Turns One!

It's so hard to believe that a year ago today I met our Princess for the first time! She has been such a great blessing and joy in our lives! I look forward to many more years of being able to see her grow!
